Ingredients
  

Spicy Mexican Mule

  • Ice Cubes
  • 1-2 Hot Mexican Chillies (optional) Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free Ginger Simple Syrup Link to recipe
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 ounces Tequila (1/4 cup)
  • ½ cup Zero Carb Ginger Ale I use Zevia Brand

Garnish

  • Lime and Chilli slices

Instructions
 

  • Toss ice cubes, fresh chilli slices, ginger syrup, lime juice and tequila in a copper mug or tall glass.
  • Stir the ingredients together. Add a straw.
  • Garnish with lime slices and add extra chilli slices for more heat.
