My family serves as my in-house critics. Every low-carb recipe featured here has undergone multiple taste tests and earned its approval before being published on Plated Focus. My most discerning critic is my husband, who, though not on any particular diet, often asks for seconds – especially when it comes to desserts!

Get to Know Me Quickly
My Location: I live in Ontario, Canada, with my husband, and we have two teenage daughters plus an adorable, Bengal-like cat named Taylor.
Why I started eating low-carb: I switched to eating low-carb meals in October 2020, when I couldn’t control fluctuating weight gain and high cholesterol levels over a few years.
My cultural background: My Indian and British upbringing influences my recipes, combined with quirky twists from Canadian and American cuisine, as well as classic worldwide recipes.
